What is the Intuitive Wellness Collective?

We are an online resource helping to connect people with businesses that offer alternative, holistic and spiritual wellness practices, guidance and products. We are focused on inspiring, guiding, healing and teaching people about the many different modalities aimed at helping them find emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. Through social media and our blog, we aim to provide resources, education and awareness bringing our community together as one. We are an inclusive community that connects people to people, businesses and events in their area (events calendar coming soon). 

I’m not happy with the service/product I purchased with one of the businesses listed. How do I provide feedback?

Our aim is to connect you with the best practitioners, services and products, If you are unhappy with a service, we are terribly sorry to hear this! We recommend sharing your concerns with the provider directly to see if they can fix the problem/issue. Please also let us know by emailing us at info@intuitivewellnesscollective.com so we may look into the issue as well. If it’s not dealt with or resolved to your liking, you may also update your star ranking and add a comment to the listing page. We monitor the comments and star ratings, as they help us to manage the business listings and determine if they are a good fit for the Intuitive Wellness Collective.

How does being listed on the Intuitive Wellness Collective benefit my business?

By promoting the Intuitive Wellness Collective through strategic advertising, traffic will be driven to the site. In turn, this creates more visibility for your business to a new audience. We also invite you to write a blog post to gain more exposure of your business and showcase what you do. 

What are the requirements for joining the Intuitive Wellness Collective?

We are all about helping people, so you must have:

– An alternative, holistic or spiritually based wellness business serving British Columbia, Canada. This can include products, services, or online programs.
– E
ither a website or a Facebook business page to direct clients to.
– A
minimum of 3 testimonials to share the experiences of previous clients with your potential future clients.
– The content we need in order to promote your business through social media.

I don't see my modality/service, or location listed as an option, can I still sign up?

Since we are a continuous work in progress, expanding and growing, your modality and or location may not be listed specifically. Apologies for that. We still invite you to join the directory, just let us know what’s missing and we will happily add it to the list. 

I just signed up, now what?

That’s awesome, thank you for joining us. You should have received an email indicating that your listing is under review. We will review your listing and approve or contact you within 24-48hrs if we have any questions. Once it’s approved, you will receive an email with your login information and notification that your listing is up. You can then login and make any changes you’d like to your listing.

Can I make changes to my listing?

Absolutely! We request that you keep your listing up to date. You can login under the ‘Membership | Manage Listing’ tab, then Login. Once you’ve logged in, go to ‘Listings’ then click on your listing title and make any edits you would like. Once you save the changes, your listing will be updated within a few minutes. If you need help making edits, we are happy to help and can even do it for you. Contact us and let us know what you’d like changed/added and we will get it updated for you. 

Is it seriously FREE to join?

Yes! We are a community that is currently growing, so right now all memberships are free and ongoing until further notice. If you join us while were are going through these “growing pains”, when we do start charging, you will be the first to know and offered a discounted rate. But don’t worry, that won’t be for a while!

I'm having trouble logging in, how do I reset my password?

It’s hard to keep track of all our passwords! Click on ‘Lost your password?’, enter your email and a new one will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can reset it for you. 

How do I reset my password?

You can change your password when you are logged in by going under ‘My profile’, scroll to the bottom and click the ‘Generate Password’. It will make one up for you, however you can override it with one of your choosing. It must be a minimum of 12 characters long, inclusive of an upper/lower case letter, number and a symbol. 

Can I submit a blog post?

Absolutely! Blog posts are a great way to connect our audience with your business and what you do. If it involves wellness, whether it is educational or personal, we want to help get your word out. Contact us directly with your thoughts or your written article for review, and we will get back to you within 24-48hrs. All submissions are subject to approval and minor editing by the Intuitive Wellness Collective.  

What are you looking for with a blog post?

We aim to showcase different modalities, wellness insights, how-to’s and ‘aha’ moments written by our professionals and alternatively the clients on their perspective and personal experiences. Help us educate, inform, and create open dialogues of self-care. If you have a story, we want to hear it. All submissions are subject to approval and editing by the Intuitive Wellness Collective. 

How do I provide feedback about the Intuitive Wellness Collective?

Great question! We LOVE feedback, good or not so great. We welcome your compassionate constructive thoughts anytime. Feel free to reach out and we promise to do our best to accommodate your requests, address your concerns or give thanks for the awesome feedback. 

I’m looking for a healer, but I don’t understand what these modalities are?

As a practitioner, service or vendor in the healing arts, the modalities are vast! For that reason, we have a glossary page to help define what you see or are looking for. Check it out and if you don’t see something that you would like defined, contact us and we’ll add it in!

How does being listed on IWC benefit my business?

Promoting the collective through strategic advertising campaigns to drive traffic to the site, in turn creates more visibility for your business to potentially reach a new audience. By taking advantage of our premium membership packages, you have the resource of using our calendar of events, uploading videos, writing a blog post for our weekly wellness blogs as well as being highlighted in our monthly newsletter, or showcasing your business on our homepage Spotlight.
